Privacy Policy

Returns Policy

Hahu online store is happy to accept the return or exchange of all unopened and unused items provided they are still in their original packaging. However, we must be informed of the intent to return or exchange within 30 days of invoice.

Should you wish to exchange your items, you will be liable for the freight costs associated with returning your items to us as well as the costs to replace your item regardless of the value. A restocking fee will also apply to any returns or exchanges.

Should you wish to return an item; credits will be applied against your account which can be used for future orders or refund at the discretion of management.

Security Policy

Shipping Policy

General Information

Hahu online store uses various freight companies for all deliveries. All orders will be delivered to the address provided in the shipping details form upon checkout. If the incorrect address is provided to us, you will be liable for the cost of redirecting and or replacing the order. All orders will be given Authority to Leave (ATL) unless you explicitly state that it is not safe to do so. We will not be liable for goods that go missing at your front door. If you do not provide ATL and you are not at home, you will be liable for the additional redelivery fee.
